Please fill out all applications completely to expedite approval. You can either mail completed applications to: City of New London, PO Box 252, New London, MN 56273 or hand deliver them to city hall, 10 Ash St. S.E.

 BUILDING PERMITS

Building Permits are required for all projects in the city of New London and within a 2-mile radius of the city limits.

You are required to obtain a building permit for:

  • Re-roofing
  • Re-siding
  • Decks and Porches
  • Windows/Doors
  • Mechanical change outs
  • Remodels

For residents outside the city limits you are also required to obtain a land use permit from Kandiyohi County Zoning Office.
